We believe great pizza is made with the best ingredients and lots of love.
Our dough is handmade in house and undergoes a 24 hour slow rise.
Each pizza is hand thrown right when you order.
This makes our crust rich in flavor, soft and crunchy all in one bite.
We make our secret sauce fresh with Italian San Marzano tomatoes.
San Marzano tomatoes are traditionally used for pizza in Italy
and are known for their bold tomato flavor.
We use whole milk Mozzarella cheese made with a kiss of Buffalo Milk.
Our vegetables are cut fresh daily. Our meats are purchased locally.
Every pizza is handcrafted and baked to perfection in our wood fired oven.
